To activate your AppPort membership and upload your documents, follow the instructions below.

1- Click: https://app.erasmus.beun.edu.tr/

2- Click the “Login” button shown in the image below.

3- Enter the email address you used when applying to the Erasmus Program via the TURNAPortal (https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/) system and click on the “Forgot my password” link. Click on the link sent to your email to activate your membership.

4- After this step, you can log in to https://app.erasmus.beun.edu.tr/ with your email address and the password you created.

5- Once you log in to the App system, fill in your profile information completely and add a photo (click “avatar”).

6- Click on the “Files” button shown below.

7- You can upload your documents by selecting “File Type to Upload” and entering the “File Name” on the left.

8- The documents you need to upload to the App Port system by the date specified in the relevant project's activity calendar are listed below. Students who do not upload the required documents by this date will be considered to have waived their rights:

- Language Certificate: (Students who took the exam administered by our university must request this document in person from the School of Foreign Languages or by emailing ogiszbeunydyo@gmail.com).

- Transcript: (You must download the transcript documents you submitted to the Erasmus+ Program and uploaded to the system from https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/ and upload them to the App Port system). Transcript documents obtained from e-government and uploaded to the TURNAPortal system during your application can be uploaded to the App Port system in both Turkish and English, as they are prepared in both languages.

- Learning Agreement for Studies: 

OLA (Online Learning Agreement): The LA document, which is to be filled out electronically, must be completed in the App Port system (see Appendix 4) by clicking on “learning agreement” and submitted for signature/approval. Please fill out your OLA in the App Port system, not at the university where you are placed, and submit it for approval.

Approval sequence: Student > Department Erasmus Coordinator > Office > Partner (Host) University. 

Once your OLA has been approved by all parties, you can download it as a pdf from the App Port system and upload it to the relevant area in the App Port system.

PAPER LA: If the university you are placed at will not create an OLA, you should write your courses on a paper LA. You must fill out the document on a computer. In the signature section, the “Responsible person at the beneficiary organization” section is your Erasmus coordinator. After all signatures and fields (General information, Learning agreement type and mobility duration, Learning agreement for long-term mobility, Commitment of the three parties) are filled out completely, the document must be uploaded to the App Port system.  You can access this document at the following link:

- Application Form: If the university you are placed at has an “application form” for Erasmus students and you have filled it out, you can upload it to the App Port system.

- Academic Equivalency Certificate: This document shows which courses you will take at the host institution correspond to which courses upon your return. You should write the course you will take at the host university opposite the course you need to take here (on the same line). It must be completed electronically, signed by the faculty/department coordinator, and then uploaded to the App Port system with the dean's approval. 

- Letter of Invitation: This document will be sent to you by the university you have been placed at. It can be sent to you after you prepare the required documents for your application and send them to the university you have been placed at. You can upload this document to the App Port system as soon as you receive it. 

 

NOTE 1: Students planning mobility in the spring semester can upload the invitation letter during the spring semester. 

NOTE 2: You can wait for the Project to be signed to prepare your documents such as Euro Account - Passport - Health Insurance - Airline Ticket - Visa and upload them to the App Port system.

NOTE 3: For mobility to begin, the Project must be signed and the start and end dates must be announced (when the Project is signed, it will be announced on our website https://erasmus.beun.edu.tr/. You can follow it on our website).
